Blog_Banner_RestoFeedGame season has officially begun and some of London’s top restaurants are celebrating with glorious grouse dishes and decadent game dinners. You can tuck into traditional roast grouse with all the trimmings at Wiltons, Racine, Le Café Anglais, and Trinity. At City gastropub The Jugged Hare, they’re doing things a little differently – pop in for a duck ‘Dive Bomb’  or ‘JFG’, boneless deep-fried grouse wings with a spiced bread sauce dip. If you’re not a grouse fan, head for the pop-up Butcher Bar at Cinnamon Kitchen where you can wash down venison kofta balls, rabbit terrine and devilled chicken livers with a bacon-infused bourbon cocktail.
