The chefs at Foxlow have created a fitting tribute to the sweet-toothed king of rock ‘n’ roll – The Elvis Presley Sandwich. They’ve taken a fried brioche bun, dusted it with cinnamon sugar and stuffed it full of milk ice-cream, peanut butter and banana compote. It’s topped with peanut butter sauce and maple bacon, which they say is optional but we reckon is necessary.
