Irene Gorman, Head of the Tea Guild, declared the presentation ‘perfect’ and gave a special mention to the ‘extremely knowledgeable’ staff.

‘Awards of Excellence’ were given to 13 venues across the Capital, including The Athenaeum, The Ritz, The Dorchester, the Mandarin Oriental and the Rose Lounge at the Sofitel St James.
