News Bites: Heston's London restaurant, Sitaaray brunch & more

 Heston Blumenthal has revealed that his London restaurant, set to open at the Mandarin Oriental in November, will be called ‘Dinner by Heston Blumenthal’. The kitchen will be headed up by the Fat Duck group’s executive chef Ashley Palmer-Watts.

 From June 20th, Sitaaray in Covent Garden will be offering a special unlimited Sunday Brunch menu for just £22.95 per person. Choose from a selection of delicious kebabs and authentic Indian dishes like paneer tikka and dal makhni. Best of all, kids under 12 eat free on Sundays! (One child per adult).

 Head Chef Igor Tymchyshyn has created a new summer snack menu for Orrery's outdoor terrace, open every day from midday. It includes classic dishes like chilled tomato gazpacho, Scottish smoked salmon on melba toast and Bayonne ham with caperberries.

 The Whitechapel Gallery Dining Room has a new executive chef, Michael Paul, who was previously at the Royal Institute of British Architects and won the Association of Catering Excellence award in 2008. His new menu will focus on modern British dishes and will make the most of seasonal produce.
