Jamie Oliver’s restaurant, Fifteen, is offering diners a taste of Jersey with a special menu available throughout May. Head Chef Andrew Parkinson recently visited the island to select top quality produce like fresh seafood, cream and butter, seasonal asparagus and Presidential potatoes. Back in his London kitchen, he will be turning these first class ingredients into dishes like pan-fried Jersey sea bream with Tuscan salad and chargrilled Jersey asparagus with poached organic egg.
