At Hawksmoor’s Spitalfields bar, you can soak up their excellent cocktails with an epic Christmas special. They’re taking a juicy slab of buttermilk fried turkey and topping it with a Ginger Pig sausage patty, smoked bacon, sprout tops, Ogleshield cheese and spiced cranberry ketchup. As if that wasn’t enough, you also get some delicious turkey gravy to dip it in.

The team at Ben’s Canteen are also using buttermilk fried turkey in their burger too but they’re topping it with bacon, cranberry, mayo, slaw and a crispy stuffing ball.

In Hoxton Square, MEATmission have created the ‘XXXMas Twurkey’ burger – a surprisingly traditional mix of roast turkey in gravy, a bacon patty, stuffing and cranberry sauce. If you fancy something a little different, there’s also a deep-fried, bacon-wrapped hot dog topped with roast turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and gravy. The perfect Christmas party hangover cure!

At Honky Tonk’s buzzy bar-diners in Clapham and Chelsea, they’re serving a Deep South-inspired turkey burger topped with cranberry mayo and served with sweet potato wedges. If you’re not usually a fan of mulled wine, try their mulled wine Mojitos and prepare to be converted!

If you’re shopping on Oxford Street, take a break from bargain hunting and head to Tommi’s for a flavour-packed venison burger topped with cheese, pickled red cabbage, and cranberry sauce. It’s a steal at £9.90 and for every one they sell, £1 will be donated to Scope.

Need a burger on the run? Drop into any branch of Byron and order the Triple Cheesemas – two 6oz patties smothered in American, Monterey Jack and Emmenthal cheese. If you’re more of an Honest Burgers fan, don’t miss their Christmas burger topped with deep-fried Camembert and cranberry sauce.
